Access Allocation Transparency

How ticket and experience inventory is sourced, queued, and confirmed.

GoalRush does not sell tickets we do not have access to. This page explains how inventory moves from partners to qualified members.

Inventory sources

  • Licensed hospitality and travel partners in host markets
  • Official-category ticket allocations where partner contracts allow transfer
  • Member-funded experience pool — auditable on the live pool dashboard

Allocation queue

  • Members who cross published tier thresholds enter the queue for the next release window
  • Queue position visible on your Ticket Journey dashboard
  • Inventory releases align with FIFA calendar milestones (group draw, knockout rounds, final)

Confirmation

Allocation is confirmed only when you receive a written itinerary or ticket transfer instruction from GoalRush concierge. Until then, progress remains qualification — not a guaranteed seat.

If inventory falls short

We notify affected members with options: wait for the next window, upgrade tier path, credit Fan Points, or refund per Refund Policy. No silent downgrades.
