Refund Policy

We publish refund rules upfront so you can fund with confidence.
Unused Fan Points
- Deposits that remain as unused Fan Points may be refunded within 14 days of the original deposit, minus payment processor fees where applicable.
- Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case for billing errors or duplicate charges.
Opened Fan Packs
Once a Fan Pack is opened, progression credits (shards, XP, boosts) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable, similar to consumed digital goods.
Experience changes
- If FIFA schedule changes or partner inventory is cancelled, GoalRush will offer reallocation, credit, or refund options as described at the time of allocation.
- Travel add-ons follow the cancellation terms of the underlying supplier.
How to request
Email support@goalrush.com from your registered address with transaction ID and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
