Is GoalRush gambling?
No. GoalRush is a progression and access platform. Fan Packs grant guaranteed progression value. Final ticket allocation follows published qualification rules — not random house odds.
How are Fan Points priced?
1 Fan Point equals 1 USD at checkout. Crypto deposits settle at the confirmed on-chain rate shown before you pay. Card deposits via Stripe display the exact amount before confirmation.
When do I receive ticket access?
Access is allocated as partner inventory becomes available and your qualification tier qualifies. Allocation windows are published on the Access Allocation Transparency page and may shift with FIFA schedule releases.
Can I get a refund?
Unused Fan Points may be eligible for refund within the windows described in our Refund Policy. Opened Fan Packs and consumed progression are generally non-refundable.
Is my payment information stored?
Card payments are processed by Stripe — GoalRush does not store full card numbers. Crypto payments are wallet-to-processor flows via NOWPayments. See Payment Security for details.
