Card payments (Stripe)

- GoalRush stores only Stripe customer references, not full card numbers
- 3-D Secure and fraud signals handled by Stripe before credits post
Crypto payments (NOWPayments)
- Fixed-amount invoices with expiry windows
- Credits post after on-chain confirmation thresholds
- Network fees displayed before you send
Balance integrity
- Fan Points credited match the confirmed payment amount shown at checkout
- Webhook failures trigger automatic reconciliation — contact us if balance looks wrong within 24 hours
- Withdrawals of unused balances follow Refund Policy — not on-chain instant cash-out
What to watch for
GoalRush will never DM you a wallet address. Always deposit through wallet.goalrush.com or the in-app Stripe checkout. Report phishing to safety@goalrush.com.
