Identity & accounts

• Email verification required for every new account
• Duplicate and bot accounts are flagged and removed from leaderboards
• Referral rewards require genuine sign-ups — self-referrals are void

Financial safety

• Deposits flow through Stripe and NOWPayments — never direct to personal wallets
• Wallet balances and progression are tied to authenticated sessions
• Large or unusual transactions may trigger manual review before allocation

Transparent communication

• Policy changes posted on this Trust Center before they affect your balance
• Allocation notices sent by email when your tier qualifies for inventory
• No hidden caps beyond those published in Fair Play rules
